Screen-printed graphics should have crisp edges without pixelation. DTG prints will show a slightly softer edge and fabric texture through the ink. Knowing the print method helps set realistic durability expectations.

Verify Drawstring Hardware Weight

Metal aglets should feel cool to the touch and have clean stamp engraving. Plastic aglets are common on lower-tier replicas and tend to crack after a few washing cycles.

Hem Stitching Consistency
